This agreement is by and between ‘Dee Color Producers Pvt. Ltd.’ and ‘Client’ which includes the client employees and representatives. The client agrees that it has the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of its employer, company or organization.

Payments & Cancellations

First payment, 40% of the total deal value will be treated as a form of advance to book the dates.

Second payment, the remaining 50% of the total deal value should be paid before the first major event.

Third and final payment, the remaining 10% of the total deal value should be paid on final deliveries. It is herby mention that we do not accept part payments on final delivery.

We do not entertain cancellations in any way possible. If in case of emergency, 40% of the total deal value (booking amount) will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Any last-minute addition of event/services other than mentioned in the quote at the time of booking will cost accordingly extra.

Backing off from any services/goods after booking will not be treated as a reduction in deal value price. The deal value will remain unchanged if any event cancels at customers end.

The same deal price quoted to you can be changed (according to date availability and market price) in case the event/s been postponed by the clients end.

You’re requested to provide detailed and finalized timings & location of all your events at least before 15 days for smooth functioning and scheduling.

For destination/outstation weddings, you are requested to book 2 to 3 rooms at venue itself for proper functioning and operations.

Dee color would be responsible for travel charges within radius of 50 Km. For more than 50 Km client is requested to bare travelling charges for both up & down.

Data Storage & Back-up

We employ the best quality standards to manage and store data, but still in the event of loss or damage of data due to technical fault, the act of God or natural calamity we are not liable to any financial clearances or legal attorney.

Client will be liable to provide his hard drive or any other storage device before wedding/event for back-up of raw pictures or/and videos.

Dee color will endeavor to deliver complete deliverables as quickly as possible.

However, this could take up to 3-4 months during busy periods.

Quality & Permissions

We would need full access with permission to spots at the locations where event would be taking place.

Prior permission for drone operation from venue, permission from make-up artist for bridal and getting ready shots would be client’s responsibility.

We will not be responsible for any coverage issue in case of any natural calamity, electricity breakdown or any other technical failure from venue during any event.

The quality of photos and videos will depend on the lighting and décor at the venue.

Client should ensure that lighting compliments and enhances the décor rather than compromising exposure and representing poor colors.

For example use of blue- pink fog lights results in harsh exposure. Feel free to consult our photographers for this.

The quality of photos and videos will largely depend on couples’ availability and their adjustments along with the photographer.
Our photographer will not be liable for subjects who do not wish to get captured.

Photo selection & Album printing

Pictures selection for album printing to be completed and shared with us within 45 days from the date client receives the data.

After receiving album, client needs to provide feedback for any modification/s in album and/or confirmation for album printing within 7 days.

We are providing only one-time rework facility hence, modifications in album should completely shared at once only.

In case client fails to submit the selection for album within 45 days, Dee color holds the right to complete the other deliveries in package and deliver it with the clearance to the remaining balance.

Once the final delivery is completed, no extra requirements or more revisions/modifications will be served without considerable charges as per service.

Cinematic & Traditional films

Client needs to provide feedback on the list of songs shared to him/her within 24 hours for teasers and highlights or else our editor will precede with his/her choice as per best suitability with shots.

We are providing only two times of re-work/modification/revision in teaser and highlights and one-time revision in long videos hence, modifications should be shared carefully at once.

Once the final delivery is completed, no extra requirements or more revisions/modifications will be served without considerable charges as per service.

Photo & Video Invites

Dee Color would be sharing dozen of templates for photo & video invite to choose from. In case client has his/her own specific choice of template, extra charges as per the cost of that template would be payable to Dee color.

Only one time rework/modification will be entertained in invites hence you are requested to share the details properly and carefully at once.

Once the final delivery is completed, no extra requirements or more revisions/modifications will be served without considerable charges as per service.

Copyright & Display rights

Dee Color retains the entire copyright on the photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world and right to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, social media, brochure, magazine articles, websites, sample albums etc.

All the edited pictures will have a small watermark (logo) on the corner.

I (Client) hereby agree to the terms of services and deliverables promised by Dee Color Producers Pvt. Ltd. that they are up to my knowledge and have no problem in handling over the responsibility to them.
